It’s finally here!  This week we get to set new 1 rep maxes.  We start today with the front squat.  Wednesday we will max out the jerk and have another fun max effort attempt and Friday we will have a chance to PR our snatch.  Try to make it in all week so that you don’t miss out on an opportunity to establish new maxes and see all of your hard work come into play.  Have fun!

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Then,

For Time:

  • 400 Meter run
  • 20 Front squats @50% 1 rep max
  • 15 Jerks
