Down and Back Up
The Tier system has been in play for a couple weeks now. We are getting good feedback and you guys are doing great with adapting to it. Don’t get stuck in a rut of only staying in one Tier. Always evaluate the movements and weights to see if you can push yourself to perform them. Ask your Coach if you need some help. Also, if you can perform one of the movements in the tier up, do it. For example, In today’s wod, if you have double unders but can’t do the rx’d weight don’t scale to the lateral bar jumps. Perform double unders and use the Tier 2 weight. For scoring purposes this would be considered Tier 2. Again, ask your coach for advise. We are more than happy to make suggestions. In the WOD today, you will work down a ladder and then back up to where you started. Have fun with this one!
