Down the Ladder
Last week our wods were benchmarks that we have on our record board. Keep in mind, that every wod you do is a potential benchmark. Always push yourself and set the bar high. At some point most of these workouts will be repeated. Make sure to record everything in your log book or phone app so that when they do come back up you will see how much you have improved. In this wod, you will work your way down the ladder of run, front squat and burpee. The distances are relatively short so push through them and be consistent with your reps. Set a goal to go unbroken throughout the whole wod.

- 21 Burpees
- 600 Meter Run
- 15 Front Squats
- 15 Burpees
- 400 Meter Run
- 9 Front Squats
- 9 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run
