CrossFit Games Event: 2007
Today we will perform the exact same workout that CrossFit Games athletes did in 2007 and this year. The fact that we can perform a games workout here at CFBC is a testament to the universal scalability of CrossFit. We look at some workouts and say “time to take a rest day”, no, no, no my friends. What you should be saying is “well lets see how I stack up against Froning or Briggs on this one”. Never assume a workout is too tough for you. The coaches will always adjust the workout to the athletes level, so that way we can all work toward taking our intensity to the next level.
