Push Press and Skills

We continue our Wednesday skill sessions today with some great ones. We all got a little pistol work on Saturday and we will continue to build today. One we have not trained very much is the GHD sit up. This is a great core building exercise when done correctly. Make sure you get with a coach before you start climbing up on the GHD to knock out some sit ups. There are some very simple skills that go along with it to keep you safe and make you successful. Keeping up with your technical skills is the only way to perfect them, let them fall by the wayside, and they will disappear.

20 @ 50% of 1RM

Then

15 GHD Sit Ups

5 Pistols Per Leg

15 GHD Back Extensions
