Overhead Squat
We are moving on to 3rd phase of our 9 week strength cycle, the overhead squat. We had an extremely strong finish last week with the front squat, I could not believe the amount of people who put new numbers up! Try to make it to all the build up lifting days to have the same awesome finish on the overhead squat. When executing the overhead squat remember to keep the bar driven back over the mid-line as you squat below parallel. Consider doing some extra shoulder mobility before class starts to be successful in the lift. It is gonna be a great week!
