Jerks and Skills
Today we continue getting new 1 rep maxes. With the jerk, speed is critical. You have to quickly move your feet and push yourself under the bar. Stay focused on getting yourself set up in a good position so that you can end in a solid position and stand up your new PR. After setting a new personal record, we will have the opportunity to pick a skill and work towards conquering it.
Workout of the Day(WOD) 7/31/13:
Push/Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
20 Reps @50% old 1 rep max plus 10lbs
