Work, Rest, Repeat
In today’s wod you will have to move quickly and efficiently through the first 3 movements so that you have time to get some shoulder to overhead reps. We will work for 4 minutes then rest 2 minutes and repeat. For a little practice for “The Swayze”, once the second AMRAP is complete, immediately pick up a 25# plate and run 800 meters as fast as you can!
Workout of the Day 7/9/13:
4 Minute AMRAP:
- 100 Double Unders
- 30 Squats
- 15 Pull-ups
- Max rep shoulder to overhead with remaining time (155,105)
Rest 2 minutes, then repeat.
After the second 4 minute AMRAP is complete, immediately run 800 meters carrying a 25# plate.
