-Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats
-Immediately into a 1 mile run
This one will make your legs shake like a new born calf! Perform the normal Tabata of 8 cycles, 20 second work, 10 second rest. However, in this version you will have your 10 seconds of rest holding the bottom of the squat. Once all 8 cycles are complete, immediately beat a 1 mile path!
