*Prop up your back with a bench, the couch or whatever you can find.

-10 Reps of feet elevated push up with a 10 second negative

*Rest 2 Minutes between sets.

Then,

3 Rounds for time:

40 Sit-ups
30 ft Bear Crawl
200 m Farmer Carry (as heavy as possible)
