10 rounds- Every 2 minutes, complete:

  • 1 squat clean + 2 front squats + 3 jerks (work up to a max for the day)

*Goal for this is to be unbroken. Any break that you have, which will constitute your hands coming off the bar, immediately add 5 reps to the RX’d amount.  We will progress this through the next few weeks by adding weight.

Core: 25 Around the Worlds(right to left+left to right=1)

Our mission today is getting better at the clean and jerk.  We will start out with a complex of 1 squat clean, 2 front squats, 3 jerks.  Your goal is to try to go up in weight each round while still maintaining exceptional form.  The second part of our wod today is a spin off of the benchmark “Grace”.  It is meant to be very light and we want to see you go for all 3 reps unbroken.  If you take your hands off of the bar you will be rewarded with 5 more reps.  Good times!
