25 Minute Partner AMRAP:

  • 50 Single Arm Overhead Lunge Steps (35,25)(25,15)
  • 50 Calorie Row
  • 50 Weighted Sit-Ups (35,25)(25,15)

You and your partner can split this one up however you want as long as you keep the rep counts fairly close to equal.  It is fine for a stronger athlete to take on a little more when the other partner is struggling.  That is what teamwork is all about!
