It is once again time to take on “Fran”!  Nothing strikes more fear and anticipation into the heart of a CrossFitter than this wod.  It is a beautiful combination of two movements that are fast and furious.  We will be spending plenty of time mobilizing, warming up and discussing strategy at each class time.  Keep those elbows high during the squat phase of your thruster and drive the bar up to a lock out.  Don’t make excuses.  Just get here!
