3 Position Clean(build to a heavy set of 1)

  • High hang
  • Above the kneeclean pulls
  • Floor

Then,

Row:

  • 4 x 250 Meters (rest 2 minutes btwn)

It is time to get back to work on improving our Olympic lifts.  Today we will work through the 3 position clean.  This is a great way to drill each position starting from the top and working down.  It is one clean from the high hang, one from above the knee and one from the floor.  These are down without dropping the bar and will be squat cleans.  After that grab a rower and see how fast you can row 250 meters for 4 rounds with 2 minute rest periods between.  Have a great weekend!
