“Open Test” from CrossFit New England

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 50 Double Unders(150 single skips)(50 singles)
  • 40 Box Jumps(24,20)(step up)
  • 40 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pullups(chin)(banded)
  • 20 Cleans(145,100)(115,85)(55,35)
  • 20 Jerks
  • 10 Snatches
  • 10 Muscle ups

Today’s wod comes from Coach Ben Bergeron at CrossFit New England.  He specializes in getting athletes to the CrossFit Games and is an awesome programmer.  This wod has parts of every Open workout and movements that you have to master to get through the Open.  Even if you never plan on participating in the Open, this will be a great wod to take on.  Get in on the fun!
