Start your weekend of right with an awesome partner workout at CFBC!  All of the movements are scalable so don’t worry if you can’t perform one yet.  We will team up at each class and go at it for 20 minutes of fun.  If you know someone interested in CrossFit please tell them about our Free Community Wod.  We hold it every Saturday at 11:00.  The workout is a classic CrossFit style wod that is not complex or overly technical.  It gives participants a good feel for what we do.  If you refer someone that signs up we will give you a month for free!  See you there.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 12/7/13:

In teams of 2…

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Overhead Squats (135,95)(115,75)(95,55)
  • 5 Muscle ups (T2/3-15 pull-ups or 3 pull-ups per muscle up)
  • 30 Double unders(T2-30 lat bar jumps, T3-30 singles)

*Every 4 rounds the team will complete 20 burpees.

Teammates can split up the work however they choose as long as each partner completes a minimum of 1 rep of each movement.
