Due to our holiday schedule we are going to get our Friday strength training in today.  We will start off with some jerks from the rack.  This doesn’t have to be heavy.  Work on being fast and explosive.  For the deadlift, add 10lbs to your max and 5lbs to the bench press max.  If there is some time left over get to swinging those bells!
