Today we will be starting off with some deadlifting.  It has been a while since we pulled sets of 5 off of the ground.  Remember to keep your backs nice and flat for all of the reps.  Here are a few refresher points: As you address the bar, start your set up from the top, just as if you were lowering the bar.  Establish your grip and put some tension on the bar before lifting it off the floor.  Once it is moving, make sure to keep your shoulders and hips rising at the same time until you get to just above your knees.  From there you simply have to take your hips to the bar and stand up.  Return to the floor in the opposite fashion.  For the set to count you must hold on to the bar for all 5 reps.  After the deadlifts we will do a fast EMOM with sprints and kettlebell swings.

Then,

Every minute on the minute(emom) for 7 minutes perform:

  • 6 sprints (50′)
  • Max rep kettlebell swings (53,35)(35,26)(26,18)
