Back Squat: 70%x5, 80%x5, 85%x3, 90%x2

Front Squat: 65%x5, 70%x5, 75%x3, 80%x3

Then,

4 rounds – Every 4 minutes, complete:crossfit anti age

  • 400m run
  • Max rep wallball (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)

Core/Accessory:

3 rounds:

  • 5 Good mornings (AHAP)

-rest 90 seconds

  • 10 Russian twists, each side (AHAP)

-rest as needed

We are working on Back and Front squats again, today.  If the percentages are too high for you to achieve all of the reps back them off by 5-10% so that you can complete your reps.  We are only two weeks into this so everyone is still adapting.  It is going to be a hot day out on the CFBC track so make sure you are hydrating and fueling properly well before you arrive and afterwards.  See you there!
