10 rounds – Every 2 minutes, complete:

  • 1 snatch with 3 second pause at 1″ above knee + 1 snatch (work up to a max for the day).

*Each round will consist of 2 snatches. For the first rep, pause for 3 seconds at the launch position before finishing out the lift. For the second rep, it will be a full squat snatch from the floor.

Then,

3 Rounds for time:

  • 75 Double Unders(100 singles)
  • 20 Meter Handstand Walk(4 wall walks)(20m bear crawl)
  • 10 Overhead Squats (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)

Core:

  • Tabata Ball Slams (20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

We have some snatch work going on today.  Every 2 minutes you will be doing 2 snatches.  The first snatch will come from just above the knee and the second rep will be from the floor.  Work your way up in weight only if you are nailing the reps and your form is good. The reason we wanted to follow this program was to improve our Olympic lifts.  That might mean that you have to back off of the weight and really focus on your technique.  We will still be getting stronger and eventually the big weight will come.
