3 Rounds “Lynne”-Max reps of:

  • Bodyweight Bench press(70% ladies)
  • Pullups(banded)(ring row)

We are at our last deload day.  Stay focused on perfecting your form under these light loads and preparing your body to go heavy soon.  After the deadlifts, we will get into something a bit different than normal.  3 rounds of “Lynne”.  This is a benchmark wod that is normally 5 rounds of max reps bodyweight bench and pullups.  This is not for time. However, we will have a time limit for completion.  Ladies RX will be 70% bodyweight. When planning your bench press weight, it should be something that you can get at least 3-5 reps per round or more.  Have a great weeekend!
