The strength portion of today is the strict press.  We have moved down to 4 reps so try to keep each set as heavy as possible while maintaining the rep count.  Remember, only arms and shoulders move the bar upwards.  No hips, knees or tip toes.  Afterwards, we will jump in our boats and see who is the fastest to 1000 meters.  Row hard!
