Its time to find a new 3 rep max bench press!  We saw lots of pr’s on Monday’s 3 rep squat max.  Lets keep that up today.  It is super exciting to watch everyone getting stronger and faster!

After the bench press we will be setting your new 500 meter row record.  Don’t just sit down on the rower and rip away.  Rowing is as much about technique and positions as Olympic lifting.  We will be going over rowing technique and giving advice on how to fine tune your technique so don’t miss out.

Workout of the Day 5/01/13:

Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3

*Build up to the most weight you can do 3 times.

Then,

  • 500 Meter row time trial

*Post bench press weights and row times to comments.
