Front Squat:

  • 60% x 5,70% x 3, 80% x 1, 85% x 1 (percent of current 1 rep max)

Then,

3 Rounds for time:(10 min cap)

  • 15 Thrusters (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 12 Burpees

This is the last day of deloading before we hit it hard next week with 1 rep maxes.  Make sure that you base your percentages off of your old 1 rep max.  If you do not have a 1 rep, use 90% of the estimated 1 rep max from Wodify.  Our metcon comes to us from my Level 1 trainer course weekend.  Everyone in the class did this on Saturday to end the day.  Choose a weight that you can confidently knock out at least 10 reps on the first round.  Have fun.  It is fast and intense!
