10 Rounds for Reps:

  • 30 Seconds of Burpees
  • Rest 30 Seconds
  • 30 Seconds of Dumbell Thrusters (55,35)(35,25)(26,18)
  • Rest 30 Seconds

We will finish out the week with burpees and thrusters. Yay!  This is interval based and your goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible during your 30 second work period.  The work and rest are equal.  I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Holiday weekend!
