  • 400 meter run
  • Max rep snatches (Rx-Squat snatch, 95,65)(T2-Power snatch, 95,65)(T3-Power snatch, 55,35)

Welcome to Friday!  This has been a great week of wods.  Everyone that tackled yesterday’s should be commended.  Today we continue our work to be better Olympic lifters.  We will use the barbell complex of, 3 position clean + a jerk.  Clean from the hang, above the knee, floor and then 1 jerk.  The goal is to work up to a max for the day.  After that get after some running and snatching.  You have to run fast to get a good score!
