Every minute on the minute for 10 rounds:

  • 2 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks

Then,

  • Row 500m for time
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • Row 500m for time

Today’s strength work is very similar to Monday’s.  We will be performing a clean, front squat, jerk complex every minute on the minute for 10 rounds.  You will have time to build up the a weight that is heavy but manageable before we begin the 10 rounds.  The cleans can either be power cleans or squat cleans.  After that, we have some rowing.  I want you to row as hard as you can for both 500 meters.  Row each one as if you are trying to set a new PR.  Who knows?  Maybe you will!
