New Week of Fitness

***Holiday hours: Thursday-closed, Friday-open gym 9-12, Saturday-regular schedule***

Last week was the end of our strength cycle.  There were many, many PR’s this time around.  Awesome job guys!  This week we will take a break from the strength days to give us some time to rest up.  Our new strength cycle starts next Monday and is going to be based around the Olympic lifts.  We are really excited about this and look forward to watching the improvements in all of our Oly lifts.  Make sure to get in this week to get ready for all of the turkey and good things that will be served up at the end of the week.  Today’s wod is an AMRAP with some barbell work and jumping.  Stay consistent and steady as you knock out rounds for 20 minutes.  Have fun!!!

  • 5 Thrusters(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans
  • 15 Lateral bar jumps
