Front Squat:

  • Build to a new 1 rep maxquote 1

Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 20 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Situps
  • 50 Air squats

Starting today we will be getting new 1 rep maxes in all of the lifts that we have been training for the last few months.  I have seen all of you getting stronger and expect to see many PR’s broken.  However, the 1 rep max can be tricky and lots of factors play into whether or not you set a new record.  If you don’t get a PR move on and set your mind to continue to get stronger.
