For Time:

  • 1600 Meter run
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • 21 Goblet Squats(front squat the kettlebell)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Goblet Squatsyou competition
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 9 Kettlebell Swings
  • 9 Goblet Squats

We will do all of this outside today.  The weather looks awesome!  This will be a good start to training for “Murph” season.  Every Memorial Day weekend we do the hero wod “Murph” and have a cookout afterwards.  “Murph” starts and finishes with a 1 mile run.  In between you do 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 squats broken up however you like.  RX is with a 20# weighted vest.  This is always an awesome team building event.  I will have event info and registration up soon.  Until then, see you on Saturdays!
