Working on muscle-ups!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (chin over)(banded)(ring row)
  • 20 One Legged Squats (alternating)
  • 10 Box Jumps (30,24)(24,20)

Let the barbells stay in the racks today and use your body to get an awesome workout! This one deals with some more advanced  body movements along with a higher box height.  We want you to scale to something that is challenging for you but doesn’t cause you to get stuck for a long period of time.
