Mobility- Spend 20 minutes actively mobilizing(foam roll, lacrosse ball, bands, stretch)

Then,recovery-day-1

  • Work on Gymnastics skills

I’m sure that we can all agree that another mobility Thursday is a good idea after all of the hard work this week.  We will be spending a good portion of the class working out some of that tightness and soreness that has accrued this week.  Afterwards, we will be working on various gymnastics skills.  See you there!
