We are going to slow it down a bit, help our bodies recover from the week and prepare for the rest of the week.  The first 15-20 minutes of class we will be doing some mobility work that will cover many areas.  After that, we will continue to work on mastering the pistol or one legged squat with some progressions.  Lastly, with the time left you will get to choose a skill that you need improvement on and try to master it.
