  • Thruster (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

Today’s fitness improver is a mixture of two benchmark wods, Fran and Helen.  The meat of it is pullups, kb swings and thrusters.  Before you begin each round you will run 800 meters.  Happy Saturday!
