As we continue through our deload week, remember to stay focused on perfecting your form while the weight is light.  Build the proper muscle memory to execute these movements at heavy loads to help prevent injury and increase strength.  Our metcon is for time but will also have an EMOM built into it.  Perform 100 box jumps for time, every minute on the minute(starting at 0) drop down for 5 burpees.
