  • 1 Minute Pushups
  • 1 Minute Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 1 Minute Box Jumps(24,20)
  • 1 Minute Row(calories)
  • 1 Minute Rest

Today your goal is to get as many reps as possible at each station.  We will be recording the reps from each round and then a total.  Try to keep each rounds total count the same throughout all four.  Go hard!
