Rest 3 minutes

  • 2 Rounds of “Helen”

Rest 2 minutes

  • 1 round of “Helen”

Another benchmark wod!  Today we are going to perform “Helen” and a little more.  Go hard for a good “Helen” time.  No gaming for the additional work after it.  Rest 3 minutes and then do 2 rounds of “Helen” as fast as you can.  Rest 2 minutes and do 1 round of “Helen”.  We will have two times for this one.  “Helen” time and total time.  For those of you that have been through our Foundations program, you have done the two round version of “Helen”.  I am sure we will see many of ya’ll’s full “Helen” times faster than the two from Foundations.
