For Time:

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 10 rounds of “Cindy”(5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats)
  • 800 Meter Run

Today we continue our quest to be highly trained and well oiled machines on May 28th when we take on the “Murph” hero wod as a gym.  This will be a good one to help you see where you may be lacking in strength.  It will also give you a good feel of how to pace for the full event.
