  • From 0:00-5:00 use 75,45 (55,25)(35,15)(35,15)
  • From 5:00-10:00 use 95,65 (75,45)(55,35)(45,25)
  • From 10:00-15:00 use 115,85 (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

*Continue adding 20 lb. every 5 minutes(T3 will add 10 lb) for as long as you are able.

Today’s wod comes to us from crossfit.com.  You will start out light, doing 5 reps every minute.  At each 5 minute mark we will add weight and continue until you can’t perform the required number of reps.  Going up!
