Its time again to show off our Olympic lifting skills in a barbell complex.  Hang onto the bar through all 4 movements.  Focus on your technique, but go up in weight if you are nailing it.  Our metcon is going to be a sprint.  Take off hard and end hard!  Have fun watching the Games this weekend.
