Front Squats are Back!

We had lots of back squat PR’s last week.  The biggest ones where by those athletes that had stayed consistent and not missed any of the days in the cycle.  I know things come up, I too missed a few days and it showed.  Making your workout time a nonnegotiable part of the day is important.  The good news is we are starting a new strength cycle with front squats.  Start this week off right and get in to the gym for the beginning of this cycle.  Don’t miss any days and you will see results.  We are looking forward to coaching you through another week of awesome wods!

Workout of the Day (WOD) 9/30/13:

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @85% 1 rep max

  • Hang Power Snatch(75,55)(65,35)(45,25)
  • Burpee
