Today we have a lot of awesome things on tap for you guys!  We have a great partner wod to start.  After that, there will be FREE yoga from 11-12 and FREE goal setting seminar from 12-1.  Hang out with us all morning.  We would love to have you!

The wod is a partner workout.  To start it off, you and your teammate will have 5 minutes to establish a 1 rep max thruster.  The bar will start on the floor so you must clean it and thruster.  Immediately following that, you will have 20 minutes to complete the wod below.  Partners will alternate work throughout.  One partner working, one resting.  Split each movement up however you would like.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 11/23/13:

5 minutes to establish a one rep max thruster per teammate. (from the floor)

Then,

In 20 minutes complete:

  • 2000 Meter row
  • 100 Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 75 Pull-ups
  • 50 Burpees
  • 25 Squats(per teammate)

*Post thruster weights and time to comments.
