4 Rounds for reps: 1 minute at each station

  • Row/Bike (alternate each round)
  • Power Snatch (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • Bar Facing Burpee
  • Rest

Today your goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible each minute. Each round you will alternate between calories on the bike and calories on the rower. Try to stay as consistent as possible, hitting very close to the same numbers each time. See you there!
