In Teams of 3, complete for time:

  • 3,000 Meter Row (switching every 100 m)
  • 15 Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat)
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs(24,20)(step up/over)
  • 15 Clean and Jerks (135,95)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)teamwork-quote
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 15 Toes to Bar

Saturday means its time to get our teamwork on!  Today we will start off sprinting on the rowers, 100 meters at a time.  After that, the team will work through the rest of the wod one person at a time.  The first teammate will complete the required reps and then move on.  The second teammate will then step in and go to work followed by the third.

Ex;  Athlete A performs 15 toes to bar.  Once that is complete, athlete B will start toes to bar.  Athlete A will move on to burpee box jump overs.  When athlete B finishes toes to bar, athlete C will start toes to bar
