Fight Gone Bad is one of the best benchmark wods, in my opinion.  A great test of fitness!  Each round you spend 1 minute at each station accumulating reps.  Rest 1 minute between rounds and add up your reps from all three rounds.  If you have done this before make sure to compare and use your score as a gauge of your fitness.
