  • Ring Dip

“Elizabeth” is one of the original benchmark workouts from CrossFit.  It pairs up cleans with ring dips.  This is meant to be done in under 10 minutes with the fastest times coming in around 5.  Make sure to record your time for future reference and if you scale, exactly how you did it.
