Push Press: 3-3-3-3-3, build up to a heavy set of 3

Then,

3 Slow Rounds not for Time:

  • 3 Strict Handstand pushups
  • 6 Strict Toes to BarJim hspu
  • 12 Air Squats
  • 15 Calorie Row

It has been a while since we push pressed for load.  We will have some review time during the warmup to get it right and then work up to a heavy set of 3.  After that we have some skill work.  Go through this slowly with extra attention spent on proper positions and form.  If you can’t perform handstand pushups or toes to bar we will have some progressions and scales for you.  Have fun!
