4 Rounds for time:

  • 10 Clean and jerks (135,95)(115,75)(55,35)
  • 400 Meter run
  • 3 Rope Ascents (15′), T2/3-10 pull-ups, 10 squats

Its time to bring back some rope climbing to our week day wods!  We will have some time beforehand to go over technique and practice.  If you aren’t comfortable with the rope yet, no worries.  You will sub it out with pull-ups and squats.  Keep your clean and jerks and 400 meter runs consistent and you all will be posting great times.
