It is the end of the week again!  Today we have power cleans in our strength section.  These are unbroken reps with no rest on the floor.  Our metcon is interval based.  We will be doing 10 tabata rounds of air squats.  Every other round, during the 10 second rest period, you will hold in the bottom of the squat.  Your score will be total squat reps
