***Holiday hours: Thursday-closed, Friday-open gym 9-12, Saturday-regular schedule***

On one side of the gym you will have a rope.  On the other side of the gym you will have a loaded barbell.  In between you will have 50′ of burpee fun!  That’s today’s workout in a nutshell.  Every time you complete the rope  and deadlift work you will burpee broad jump back.  The more distance you cover with each jump the less burpees you have to do(sucks for us short folks).  The deadlifts are a little heavier today so make sure to keep your backs nice and flat and tension the load before picking it up.

On Friday we will have open gym from 9-12.  During open gym you are welcome to do any wod or practice whatever you would like.  There will be a coach here to assist you and provide coaching or workout suggestions.  This is a great time to make up a workout you missed or try out a cool one that you saw from somewhere else.  We will see you there!
